When you try to logon, you are asked for your username or email address and your password. If either one of these items is wrong, you cannot logon. If you do not remember your account information, you can request it using the Retrieve Your Login Information form and it will be emailed to you.
If you have not confirmed your account by clicking the link in the email we sent you during registration, you will not be able to buy or sell. If you no longer have your confirmation email or did not receive it, you can Resend Your Confirmation Email to you. If you do not receive our email, check your junk mail settings and anti-virus software because it might be blocked.
Once you confirm your confirmation email by clicking the activation link, we will be notified. The verify you information to determine your age, identity, location. Once we verify your information, we activate your account. (The verification process can take several hours.)
Cookies must be enabled on your computer. If not, we cannot tell you computer you just logged on. Cookies are enabled by your browser. Check your browser's help menu if you need help enabling cookies. Sometimes you cannot logon because you are behind a firewall or using ISP acceleration software that sometimes removes cookie data. Also, check your computer time. The cookie stores the time it will expire. If your computer time is wrong, the cookie might be expired the instant we tell your computer you just logged on.
